WILLIAM BARRET TRAVIS
(Casey Biggs) A Native of South Carolina, Travis was a leading member of the
Independence movement. When Co-Commander James Bowie became ill,
the young firebrand stood in sole command of The Alamo.
ANTONIO LOPEZ de SANTA ANNA (Enrique
Sandino) He led Mexican troops to both victory and defeat. Helped lose most of Mexico's northern territories and rose and
fell from power on at least four different occasions.
DAVID CROCKETT (Merrill
Connally) Rising from humble Tennessee origins to the halls of Congress,
he was a backwoods legend. Crockett volunteered for the Texas Army and ended up as one of The Alamo's most famous defenders.
JUAN SEGUIN (Derek
Cabellero) Leader of the "pro-independence" Tejanos, Captain Seguin
was an Alamo courier and later a hero of the Battle of San
Jacinto.

JAMES BONHAM (Don Swayze) The most famous Alamo courier and native of South Carolina.
Bonham entered The Alamo twice during the siege and returned knowing the fortress was doomed.
TORIBIO LOSOYA (Martin Cuellar)
One of eight Tejano defenders of The Alamo. A native of San Antonio de
Bexar, he grew up and died a hero within the walls of The Alamo.
JAMES BOWIE (Steve
Sandor) Raised in Louisiana, Bowie was a living legend when he
walked into The Alamo. Succumbing to illness at the start of the siege, he spent his last 13 days fighting fever and
Santa Anna's army. |
